- Re-Selling Tickets: All tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend the festival, we recommend you to re-sell your ticket(s) via TIXEL, our official re-sale partner. We advise against purchasing re-sold tickets any other way.
- Payment Plans: These are available on Tier 4 tickets and add-ons with monthly payments – chose how many instalments you wish to pay at the checkout.
- Travel to Kelburn + Campervans: We advise booking your vehicle passes early, we have increased our onsite car parking facilities and can now accommodate many more non live in vehicles: but car parking capacity is still limited by the sizes and conditions of the fields. We also operate buses from Edinburgh and Glasgow, and run a regular shuttle to link up with restricted public transport services to Largs. See our Travel Page for more information.
- Environmental Bond: Adult and Youth Tickets are subject to a £10 eco-bond on the upfront cost of your ticket. The bond is refundable after the event when you demonstrate that you have taken away your tent and cleaned your camp. It is an important part of our vision for a clean, sustainable and respectful festival. Read more about this here.
- Bus tickets (Kelburn Garden Party) Will go on sale in Spring 2027 – more info here.
- Youth and child ticket holders must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult guardian.
- Scannable e-Tickets will be sent by Citizen Ticket to the email address you give when you purchase.
- You can also purchase lovely loos passes, lockers and other extras below subject to availability.
- The ticket price includes VAT at 20%. The booking fees (BF) represent third party ticketing, gate management and card processing expenses.
- Kelburn Garden Party accessibility information (including submitting an Access Request form) is available on our Accessibility page. Among other things we do to make the festival as accessible as we can; we have information, reserved accessible parking and camping, and companion tickets.
- Like most festivals, we operate a tiered ticket system: the sooner you buy the cheaper the tickets are.
